Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your videos. This policy covers credit packs bought on hittheroaddude.fun.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, for any reason on our side or the AI provider's side, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credits

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of its credits. Write to support@hittheroaddude.fun with the email you used at checkout.

Used credits and results you don't like

Each generation uses paid computing time, so we normally don't refund credits that were used for a video that was delivered. If a result is clearly broken (for example, the video is blank, cut off, or doesn't show your subject at all), write to us within 7 days with the video and we will return the credits or refund the payment.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake, our payment processor and merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first. We usually resolve it within 2 business days.
